Chris Reyes - Operations Development, Chris has over 20 years of sales and operations leadership in the Fire Alarm industry with Fortune 500 companies. He has managed businesses that total over 60 million in revenue and managed teams of over 300 employees. His success has been demonstrated by winning over large clients with innovative technologies in Fire Alarm and turn key solutions. His skills include building successful teams and employee retention. When you work with Chris you have a partner in business for life. He has built these successful teams with strong mentoring, employee training and goal implementation. His motivation is to empower employees and in turn they will work hard and provide the customers with impeccable customer service.

Brooklyn Reyes. Administrative Development. Brooklyn worked in the Fire Alarm business at Siemens for 2 years specializing in Project Management and Coordination. As a Fire Alarm coordinator she took over 70 hours of training in project management and business process improvement. She was responsible for overseeing Sales to Operation turnovers, ensuring projects were transitioned smoothly. Her past 7 years have been small business consulting helping companies work efficiently. She has received her BS in Psychology and MS Psychology has allows her to keep company moral high, coach employees and ensure customers are well taken care of. Her philosophy is happy employees and happy customers are the key to sucess. She has training in business operations Six Sigma and business process improvement. Her skills in process improvement will allow projects to run smoothly and ensure customers are happy with their experience with Reliable Service Technologies LLC.

Robert Turner. Field & Technical Development. During a career spanning over 20 years, Robert has held the titles of; Sr. Service Tech, Lead Project Tech, Project Manager, Operations Manager, Sales Engineer, and Sales Manager. These positions have afforded him the opportunity to see projects from many different perspectives, from installing technician, to contractor, to owner/developer, to end user. Intimacy with life safety systems at so many different levels ensures you will have the most cost effective, reliable, and user friendly experience, from beginning to end. Systems installed/maintained include: automatic smoke detection, flame detection, releasing systems, (Halon, FM-200, pre-action), general evacuation systems, selective voice evacuation systems, IBC 905 smoke control systems, firefighter’s telephone systems, and elevator recall systems.
